Bath Salts: Blue Lotus, Mugwort, & Chamomile Blend
Ingredients: Dead Sea Salt, Chamomile Tea, Lemon Balm, Mugwort, Blue Lotus, Rose Petals, Spearmint, Jojoba Oil, Chamomile Oil
Amount: One 16oz Resealable Bag of Bath Tea, makes 4-6 baths
Instructions:
- Fill a muslin bag with 3-4oz of bath tea blend.
- Steep in bathtub under running hot water.
- Soak and enjoy for 20 minutes or as long as you please.
